All of our staff undergo a rigorous screening process prior to being allowed to represent our Company with our clients. Our strict recruitment code of conduct guarantees the provision of reliable, honest and highly trained security personnel. Before offering employment to applicants, each candidate will have first gone through a strict and detailed interview process. Through a system of checking and crosschecking we will have ensured that each individual satisfies our quality assured recruitment criteria. Once the candidate has been successfully through the interview process, a full ten-year screening procedure |
will be implemented in accordance with BS 7858, the code of practice for screening and recruiting security personnel. This procedure ensures that each previous employer during this 10-year period is contacted and references gained regarding performance, integrity, reliability and attendance. Any gaps in the employment records are investigated, personal references are taken and where appropriate, medical issues looked into although in strict line with all current Government advice and legislation. As our screening and recruitment systems are never compromised you are guaranteed that our officers are always of the highest calibre. |
