These members of staff are recruited and selected specifically for their experience, general demeanour, appearance and customer service abilities. Our client portfolio includes many of the more prestigious commercial properties in the area including household names and Government and Council Buildings. Our long history of excellent performance has allowed us to develop lasting relationships with these clients, providing continuous support as their own business develops.

INDUSTRIAL
The vital importance of Hygiene and Health & Safety awareness and practice in this sector requires a security company with first rate training and experience. PUBLIC SECTOR
To meet the specific needs of organisations across the Public Sector, Eagle Hoburne ensures it keeps its recruitment and vetting standards above those of the rest of the industry. Our years of experience in the area of public sector contracts include hospitals and establishments within the world of academia to public authorities who are directly responsible to Parliament and in turn to the voting public. In these cases it is vital that we are able demonstrate efficiency, transparency and accountability.

MANNED GUARDING
Our Static and Retail Officers are fully screened in accordance with BS 7858 the Code of Practice for vetting and screening security personnel. Following the initial SIA Approved Licensing Induction Training, each officer receives further specific vocational training to work on their particular assignment. Further training is provided to our staff as required and includes NVQ Training Courses, Continuation Training, First Aid and Fire Training. These areas of training cover but are not limited to Health & Safety, Customer Services, Criminal Law, Patrolling, Reporting, First Aid and Fire-Fighting. In addition, other specialised training is arranged should the nature of a particular assignment require it. Our Officers are uniformed in high quality garments that are specifically agreed with client input. Our Company offers a selection of uniforms our clients choose the specific type that best fits their requirements.

MOBILE PATROLS
Our Quality Assured Mobile Patrol Units deliver a high profile service at competitive prices. We provide this service to many types of industries and organisations and are able to offer a bespoke service in line with the clients' requirements and budget. The service is provided by highly trained and screened Mobile Officers in full uniform and driving sign written vehicles. Each vehicle is supplied and fitted with modern communication equipment giving instant access to our 24-hour Control Centre. Each patrol is substantiated by a computerised clocking system and printouts of this vital information along with a full report is supplied to our clients following an incident on site.

CCTV REMOTE MONITORING
Our CCTV Remote Monitoring service offers a proactive, cost effective and secure solution to crime prevention, with out Closed Circuit Remote Monitoring service you can stop crime before it happens 24 hours a day. Giving you and your employee’s peace of mind.

24-HOUR CONTROL ROOM
We also have a Control Room Facility available to clients 24 hours day. This fully integrated computer system forms the hub of our operations, supported by our strong operational infrastructure and backed up by our state-of-the-art equipment and systems. Our fully trained and verified security personnel are always ready to put their skills to use in order to safeguard our clients interest.

KEYHOLDING/EMERGENCY RESPONSE
Our Keyholding and Emergency Response Team provide a cost effective, vital service that is applicable to most types of business. Following alarm activation at a clients premises or any incident needing an immediate attendance one of our Fast Response Units will attend the premises. In the case of a Keyholding Contract, the premises' keys will be issued by our Control Centre under a restricted and secure system that ensures that each set of keys are accountable at all times. In addition, each set of keys are confidentially coded so that in the extremely unlikely event that they become lost or stolen, the customer's name or address cannot be identified.

In both cases, our Officers will attend site, deal with any incident arising, complete a thorough report for the client's attention and ensure that the premises are re-alarmed and secure before departing.

BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICERS
Working alongside the Facilities Department at our clients. Assignments, our Business Support Officers provide a diverse range of vital services. These services are inevitably bespoke to the clients, requirements and include the provision of Reception Staff, Switchboard Operators, Photocopy and Print Room Operatives, Porters, Drivers and Post Room Staff. Our staff can be either specifically trained to single role or multi-skilled as required. Once again, regardless of the duties performed by these staff, each individual is screened in full accordance with BS 7858 the Code of Practice for screening security personnel.
