Eagle Hoburne Security Services Ltd is one of the South’s largest Independent Security providers who are focused to work side by side with our Clients to achieve results. We are committed to on-going staff training to ensure the service we provide is always of a high standard.

Our Managing Director (Rick Ashton) is available to receive comments from staff and clients alike, whether critical or favourable, to assist him in his aim of continually improving the performance of our Company.

We are committed in our ambition of increasing our share of the security market place in the South of England and in working towards improvement in all areas but particularly the areas of client and staff retention and service delivery levels.

Providing its clients with a quality service, which meets their requirements using well-trained and reliable security officers.

Retaining certification through complying with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 2008 at all operational levels.

Identifying needs for improving and updating activities and services and influencing attitudes to quality through systematic reviews.

Identifying and recording quality problems and initiating solutions.

Communicating the information necessary to establish and maintain quality systems.

Providing Manned Guarding and Keyholding Services in conformance with BS 7499 and BS 7984 whilst utilising staff trained and screened in line with BS 7858.

Eagle Hoburne Security Services Ltd will at all times consider its position and reputation both within our Industry and the Local Community.

We will undertake this in a number of ways, however, predominantly as follows:

• Continue to support local charities whenever the opportunity arises but within realistic financial control.
• Continue to support local Sporting Activities within realistic financial controls
• Continue to support local events with resources as well as financial support for the community
• At all times consider the impact of our activities on the local community
• Continue wherever possible with our aim of creating local jobs for local people (particularly in this difficult economic environment).

Working together between all at Head Office and all of our Colleagues working in the field, we can maintain and even improve our standing both professionally and within the local community.

THE ENVIRONMENT

We take extremely seriously all of our responsibilities under environmental legislation and we always adopt best available techniques to ensure that the environment does not sustain any avoidable damage as a result of any of our operations.

This of course includes any damage caused to land, sea, air, water, atmosphere, ozone layer and so on. Our Management and all of our employees fully appreciate that we have only one environment/world, so we all have a vested interest in its protection and are challenged by its sustainability. We are “all in this together”, determined to do whatever we can in order to “protect our world”.

This is in fact an accurate summary of the Policy of this Company towards all environmental matters and it is in fact translated well into day to day practice, as we embrace concepts such as corporate responsibility, reputation, business opportunity, business risk, brand reputation, meeting the demands of stakeholders, management of energy resources, carbon footprint, sustainability and so on.

Our Company is a provider of services, rather than a manufacturing or processing of product business, so risks to the environment are generally in the lower range, but we are nevertheless not complacent, as our complete lack of significant incidents over many years testifies.

We fully intend and are fully committed to make every effort to ensure it stays that way and all at this Company, from the very top to the latest newcomer, share that aim!
